🍟 Starting to believe the grill makes everything better, including seasoned FRIES! Smoky, salty, and perfect for dipping in all the things. Ketchup, mustard, ranch, a mix. You do you. I especially love @organicville Ketchup mixed with their Ranch Dressing (Non-Dairy). Is that a midwest thing?! ⁣⁣

*Here’s the full recipe:⁣⁣
⁣⁣
4 russet potatoes, washed and cut in half vertically, then into vertical wedges⁣⁣
2 tablespoons sunflower oil ⁣⁣
1 teaspoon smoked paprika⁣⁣
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder⁣⁣
1 teaspoon coarse salt⁣⁣
1/2 teaspoon black pepper⁣⁣
Organicville Ketchup, Non-Dairy Ranch Dressing & Dijon Mustard, for dipping⁣⁣
⁣⁣
*Bring a large pot of water to a boil, with 2 teaspoons salt added to water. Add potatoes and turn down to a simmer. Cook for 6 minutes, then drain potatoes. Shake all water off. In a bowl, whisk together the oil + spices and salt/pepper. Gently stir to coat the potatoes. ⁣⁣
⁣⁣
*Preheat grill to medium high for 10 minutes. Once grill is preheated, add potato wedges to grill using a tongs to one half of the grill. Turn those burners down to medium. Cook for 5-6 minutes, turning once, and then cook another 5 minutes. Test one potato wedge to make sure they are cooked through. Then serve with flaky salt and your favorite dipping sauces.⁣⁣
