Amanda teaches in-person beginner sourdough classes at her home in Hudson, Wisconsin. You can look forward to a fun and casual 2-hour workshop that will teach you how to feed, use, and maintain a sourdough starter in an approachable way. Then she'll show you the 4 main techniques for making sourdough bread; stretch + folds, shaping, scoring, and baking. You'll take home your own personal starter and eat a finished loaf together, too! You gather a group of 5-6 people, which are required to book a class; cost is $70 per person.
