      Hello! This is a traditional sourdough starter made with organic all-purpose flour.

      it comes with instructions to rehydrate! it’s a very simple process with water and flour.

      Hi Valerie! I would try googling recipes specifically made for gluten-free sourdough, as I have not tested these that way.
