Herby Green Goddess Dressing (no buttermilk)

This homemade green goddess dressing is bursting with freshness from a bundle of herbs, a punch of white wine vinegar, lemon, and garlic! It takes just five minutes to make and is a flavorful salad dressing with beautiful green color that people love.

Ingredients

  • 1/3 cup finely chopped basil
  • 1/4 cup finely chopped chives
  • 2 tablespoons finely chopped parsley
  • 1 small clove garlic, sliced
  • 1/4 cup mayonaise
  • 1/3 cup sour cream
  • 2 teaspoons white wine vinegar
  • 1/2 teaspoon dijon mustard
  • 1/2 teaspoon fresh lemon juice
  • 3/4 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/2 teaspoon sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 5 cracks fresh black pepper

Instructions 

  • Chop your herbs and garlic.
  • Add to a small blender jar or food processor, along with all other ingredients.
  • Blend until smooth and cohesive. That's it!
