  • 8 ounces 1 cup cold, plant-based milk (nut or coconut)
  • 1 scoop MegaFood Turmeric Nutrient Booster Powder (optional)
  • 3/4 teaspoon turmeric powder
  • 3/4 tablespoon pure maple syrup or a little more if you’d like it sweeter
  • 1/8 teaspoon cinnamon
  • pinch of black pepper


  • Use a blender to combine all ingredients. Serve chilled.
