Homemade Pimento Cheese Dip

The Best Homemade Pimento Cheese Recipe

This delicious pimento cheese dip comes together in just 10 minutes and is an appetizer that everybody loves. Sharp cheddar cheese and pimento peppers are the star!

Ingredients

  • 6 ounces sharp cheddar cheese
  • 4 tablespoons softened cream cheese
  • 1/3 cup mayonaise
  • 2 tablespoons sour cream
  • 1 (4 ounce) jar pimento peppers, drained
  • 1 teaspoon white wine vinegar
  • pinch of salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/8 teaspoon cayenne pepper
  • 2 teaspoons minced chives

Instructions 

  • Shred cheddar cheese using a grater or food processor, into medium shreds.
  • Add cheddar and remaining ingredients to a bowl and stir to coat and combine. Cover and refrigerate 30 minutes prior to serving, up to two days.
