sharp cheddar cheese
preferably Tillamook

mayonaise

tablespoons
sour cream

(4 ounce) jar pimento peppers, drained

teaspoon
white wine vinegar
pinch
of salt

teaspoon
black pepper
1/8
teaspoon
cayenne pepper

teaspoons
minced chives

Instructions
Shred cheddar cheese using a grater or food processor, into medium shreds.
Add cheddar and remaining ingredients to a bowl and stir to coat and combine. Cover and refrigerate 30 minutes prior to serving, up to two days.
