This gluten-free garlic bread is so simple to make using gluten-free french bread, or gluten-free dinner rolls. You'll create slits into the bread, and spread with a butter, garlic, and herb mixture. Add cheese if you'd like, too!
6tablespoonsroom temperature butter,cut into large cubes
1/3cupmozzarella cheese
1/3cupcheddar cheese
1/4teaspoongarlic powder
1/4teaspoonsea salt
2tablespoonsminced parsley or chives
2teaspoonsminced rosemary or thyme
1package thawed Udi's French bread or Gluten Free French Dinner Rolls
1/2cupextra cheese for topping

Instructions
Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.
Put butter, cheeses, garlic powder, salt, and herbs into a food processor. Process until all comes together and is spreadable. You can also mix this in a bowl if you butter is soft enough, rather than using a food processor. Cut 5 slits in each dinner roll with a bread knife, without going through the bottom. Stop short so the rolls still are one piece.
Slather butter into each slit. Do with all rolls, then put on parchment lined paper. Top with additional cheese, lightly pressing down to stick.
Bake for 10-12 minutes until cheese is melted and bubbling. Serve warm.
