How to Make:  a Gluten-Free Tahini Chocolate Chip  Skillet Cookie

almond flour + other dry ingredients

brown sugar

tahini

butter

chocolate chips

egg

spices + vanilla

Gather ingredients.

1. Place butter in a 10 inch skillet, and put in oven to melt. 2. Once melted, remove pan and whisk in brown sugar and tahini. Let cool until just warm, then whisk in egg and vanilla.

3. Add dry ingredients straight into skillet, and combine with wet. Stir chocolate chips into the  gluten-free cookie dough.

Bake until gluten-free cookie is lightly browned on edges, and just set  in the middle.

Drizzle with extra tahini....

Top with vanilla ice cream while skillet cookie is still warm.

And enjoy the gooey tahini chocolate chip goodness!
