Strawberry Pesto Caprese Salad

Serves 4     adjust servings


  • 2 cups sliced strawberries
  • 5 ounces fresh mozzarella bocconcini, cut into slices
  • 1/2 cup pesto (homemade or store-bought)
  • salt & olive oil


  1. Put strawberries and mozzarella in a bowl, sprinkle with ¼ teaspoon salt.
  2. Add pesto, and gently stir to coat, using hands if needed.
  3. Pour onto a plate, and drizzle with olive oil to serve.
